Instructions for using Rapid Rater
From the drop-down menus in the left-hand criteria box:
Please note: You will need Excel 2000 or greater to use the Rapid Rater.
1. Display product - highlight Select-a-Term, ROP SAT or SAT vs ROP
2. Select a state
3. Select a gender
4. Enter the proposed insured’s age (nearest birthday)
5. Enter a face amount
6. Select a premium mode
7. Locate the term period desired in the left column of the chart
8. Locate the appropriate premium class across the row
The premiums in the chart automatically update as you change any of the fields and move to the next field.

AG Select-a-Term premium rates current as of November 16, 2009. AG ROP Select-a-Term premium rates current as of March 9, 2009. Rates may vary by state. Premiums available for other rate classes, age and payment plan on evidence of insurability. Premiums increase at the end of level term if policy is renewed. Death benefit remains level and is payable in lump sum, or installments, if so elected. Death benefit remains level.
AG ROP Select-a-Term accumulates a cash value that builds to an endowment benefit if the insured survives and the policy remains in force to the end of the level term period. The endowment benefit is equal to cumulative premiums paid, less charges for substandard ratings, riders and any outstanding loan balance. The cash value and endowment benefit are subject to all the terms and conditions detailed in the policy.
